We spend endless hours surfing YouTube and Vimeo going from channel to channel watching videos. Some really bad videos, some are simply hilarious, while others are exceptionally well done. What about those that are struggling to be noticed on YouTube or Vimeo? We’ve been there and know how hard it is to get noticed. That is why we started Pick My Video.
After enjoying our growth on YouTube with our channel, Pick My Video, we decided it was time to expand out to include this site. Obviously we wanted to bring viewers to our videos from outside of the You Tube world. Pick My Video was born and quickly we decided to bring video from other You Tube channels to our site. So every night the midnight oil is burned and we find a few videos to put up. Several of our YouTube channel subscribers have shared videos with us and we couldn’t be more grateful. A case in point is the music video, “Citadels” by Galt Aureus, which is now one of our favorite songs of all time and featured on our YouTube channel.
So how can you get onto Pick My Video? Quite simply we could stumble across your video by accident, somebody could share it with us on YouTube or you could share the link with us on YouTube yourself. Be warned though, if you spam us then we won’t even bother considering it ever again.
About the only types of videos we will never consider putting here are videos with adult content, showing criminial activity, or get rich quick schemes and advertisements. We want Pick My Video to be a safe and enjoyable place for anyone to come and discover new artists and watch some great videos.
We respect the hard work of other people on YouTube so we will never download any video from your channel or any other channel and repost it here. If we find your video is worth putting on this site, we simply use the EMBED code from your YouTube channel or other video sharing service so your video gets the credit it deserves for the view and we get the enjoyment of having it on our site!
